The Cardinal Hume Centre Immigration service is an OISC regulated legal advice and representation service. We provide free legal advice to clients on all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law. We also provide free representation at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) for those appealing against decisions by the UK Border Agency and UK Embassies.

We have our own sources of funding and so do not rely on the funding of the Legal Services Commission. This allows us to operate with a greater degree of flexibility than some other providers and means that we can focus on the quality of advice and representation rather than on the quantity. At the same time we are committed to assisting all those who come to see us subject to capacity.
