If you are between sixteen and twenty-one years of age or have completed a residential rehabilitation programme and are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, we may be able to provide safe and secure accommodation and support for you in our hostels.

Hostel

Residents must be:

• Between 16 and 21 years old
• Homeless or at risk of being homeless
• With medium support needs, e.g. requiring independent living skills, emotional support, education and training

We provide:

• Accommodation for 32 young people for up to 12 months
• Named Keyworker providing a tailored support package
• Individual Support Agreements that are outcome focused
• Access to other Cardinal Hume Centre services

Horseferry Road Third Stage Hostel

Residents must be:

• Between 18 and 35 years old
• Completed residential rehabilitation programme
• Drug and alcohol free for at least three months

We provide:

• Accommodation for 8 people for up to 12 months
• A safe, alcohol and drug free environment
• Access to other Cardinal Hume Centre services

Move-on Options

• Can be accessed by all residents of the Centre
• Supports residents in identifying and accessing their move-on options
• Supports residents for up to 6 months after leaving Centre
