Thank you Saint Christina’s

The children aSaint Christina’s School in St John’s Wood, London, really understand what makes a difference when someone is going for a job interview.

At an assembly this week, they told the Cardinal Hume Centre Community Fundraiser Sandra Deeble that ‘a nice smile and looking someone in the eye’ can help you in an interview situation.

They also cited smart clothes as a step in the right direction. Which is something Saint Christina’s helped with, with their Winter Warmer Appeal. This winter, the children collected smart clothes from their parents to donate to people at the Centre, who could put on one of the suits to wear to an interview.

Later this year, they are also planning a cake sale to raise funds for the Centre.

Thank you to all the children, parents and teachers at Saint Christina’s School.

Would you like our community fundraiser to come and speak at your school?
