Youth Homelessness in Westminster

Westminster City Council has produced a short film to inform young people of the obstacles in accessing accommodation in Westminster and to dispel some of the myths around housing.

The film was based on interviews and group discussions with young people in supported accommodation, including some young people who are currently living in our hostel, or who have previously resided in this accommodation. The film gave the young people involved the opportunity to reflect on their experiences and will be used by schools in Westminster to discuss youth homelessness and what can be done to prevent it.

If you are under 21 and homeless in Westminster, please get in touch by calling 020 7227 1652 (this phone number works all day every day) or ask us a question.
