Director of Fundraising
£53,000 per annum
We are a London based charity with over 30 years of experience of working with some of society’s most vulnerable people helping them access the support and develop the skills they need to overcome poverty and homelessness. Despite the challenging times within the sector, the Cardinal Hume Centre is thriving and committed to investing for the future in order to respond to need even more effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and creative fundraiser who is driven by values and targets. You may have experience in a senior position or be looking to take the next step up. Managing a successful and motivated team, you will report directly to the CEO in a role that will make a real difference to people’s lives.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of implementing our organisational strategy, working with the CEO and the senior management team delivering our overall objectives. Our Trustees are fully committed to fundraising and the successful candidate will find there are real opportunities to increase income from a number of sources.
If you have substantial fundraising experience and can demonstrate an impressive track record of growing your donor base and successfully generating voluntary income of some £2 million, then we would definitely like to hear from you.

This is a permanent position and the hours are open to negotiation with 32 hours per week being the minimum we will consider.
