Many people who come to the Centre are isolated. With no one to talk to, even what may seem like small problems, become impossible to manage. Filling in a form, or understanding a letter from the Job Centre can be daunting if you have no one else to ask about it.
The Centre provides free, professional advice on housing, immigration, employment, benefits and money management. This often means we are able to help people and families with issues, before they escalate out of control, or with issues such as immigration law, that are impossible to handle alone.
The Centre is the first port of call for those who may have nowhere else to turn.
