The Cardinal Hume Centre has stressed the need not only to confront the current homelessness crisis but to tackle it from its roots.
St. James Theatre and Cardinal Hume Centre are delighted to announce that an incredible £18,667.66 has been raised during the sell-out five week run of The Pianist of Willesden Lane, which ran at the St. James Theatre from 20 January – 27 February 2016.
Willie got in touch with the Cardinal Hume Centre out of the blue in June, 20 years after receiving help from staff in the Centre’s Hostel. His email was extremely touching, and he has kindly allowed us to share his words with you.
When the Cardinal Hume Centre was selected as Grosvenor’s charity partner in April 2014 to say we were elated is an understatement. We couldn’t wait to see what would happen with this partnership and we have not been disappointed.
