Our impact
How we know our work makes a difference
We focus on four areas that matter most to the people we support. These help us understand the difference we are making now and how we are helping to prevent homelessness in the future.
Our theory of change guides this work, helping us focus on the outcomes that make the biggest difference.
Because people are often dealing with more than one challenge at the same time, we bring our services together to support progress across different parts of their lives.
