How we help

We offer independent advice, support and services in one place. We start by listening and building a clear picture of your situation. Together, we agree next steps.

Our help focuses on:

  • Working towards safer and more stable housing
  • Understanding benefits and income
  • Support with immigration and related legal matters
  • Learning, training and finding work
  • Support for families and children
  • A place to stay for some young adults

What happens when you contact us

When you get in touch:

  • We will ask some questions to understand your situation
  • We may offer an appointment at the Centre or by phone
  • We will find out if we need a translator

We work in a calm, respectful and non-judgemental way. We understand you may find your situation stressful, and we want you to feel safe.

We will agree together what help might be right for you.
