Gift Aid your donations

If you are a UK taxpayer, you can increase the value of your donated items at no extra cost by completing a Gift Aid declaration.

This allows us to claim an extra 25p for every £1 raised from the sale of your donated goods.

Speak to us to find out how to do this.

Volunteer in the shop

Our charity shop volunteers play an important role in helping the shop run day to day.

Volunteering can be a good way to build confidence, meet people, gain retail experience and support your local community. You could help with:

  • Serving customers
  • Sorting and pricing donations
  • Creating displays
  • Organising stock
  • Keeping the shop welcoming and tidy

You will be part of a friendly and supportive team while helping raise funds that support young people, children and families across Westminster.

How the shop helps our work

Money raised through the charity shop helps fund practical support across the Centre, including housing advice, immigration advice, employment support, family services and supported accommodation for young adults.

Because our teams are all under one roof, we can support people facing multiple challenges in one place and build long-term relationships that help create lasting stability.
