Help make change happen

Corporate partnerships with the Cardinal Hume Centre directly impact young people, children and families facing homelessness and poverty in Westminster.

Businesses play an important role in supporting our work – whether through funding, volunteering, skills sharing or helping raise awareness of our organisation.

Partnerships also benefit companies, offering staff meaningful opportunities to give back to their local community.

We aim to build partnerships that are positive, purposeful and mutually beneficial.

Financial support or sponsorship

Funding helps us provide vital services for young people and families. This could include:

  • Supporting a specific programme like a trip to the seaside for families living in temporary accommodation
  • Match-funding a campaign to help us reach more more people
  • Sustaining our advice services like our housing team which helps prevent homelessness
  • Improving facilities for our clients, like the condition of our supported accommodation for young adults

Landsec is proud to continue our long-standing support of the Cardinal Hume Centre. The charity’s practical and compassionate approach is proven to help tackle homelessness and support people into stable housing and employment. The partnership has also given colleagues meaningful opportunities to engage directly with the community, strengthening our sense of purpose and reinforcing a culture of social responsibility across the business.

Employee fundraising

Many companies choose the Centre as a charity partner and organise fundraising activities for staff. This might include challenge events, workplace fundraising days, team activities or matched giving.

The Centre's focus on providing pathways into housing, education and employment strongly aligns with our community investment priorities. It represents the meaningful, lasting impact we are committed to making in Westminster beyond our business.

Landsec is one of our longest‑standing corporate partners

Landsec has supported us for more than a decade through a combination of grant funding, employee volunteering, and community‑driven initiatives. Their grant helps strengthen our employment and learning team, enabling us to provide vital opportunities for people looking to build skills and move forward in their lives.

Alongside this, Landsec employees regularly take part in fundraising activities including Christmas jumper day, a quarterly food drive, and a major collection for World Homeless Day that gathered hundreds of essential items for our food store.

Their teams also volunteer throughout the year, from hosting world of work days to sorting donations and supporting activities within our family services.

Landsec’s ongoing commitment plays a key role in expanding our impact and supporting the communities we serve.
