If you need help

You are welcome here.

People often face more than one challenge at the same time. We will listen and work with you to find the support that can help now and in the future.

All our services are in one place, so our teams can work together to support you.

How we work

The biggest risk factor for adult homelessness is poverty and trauma as a child. That’s why we support children, young people, and families who are facing these challenges today – to help prevent homelessness in the future.

There is no single solution to homelessness. We offer personalised support based on each person or family’s situation, combining long-term relationships with wraparound, professional help to prevent homelessness or reduce its impact and the risk of it happening again.

We focus on four core areas

Housing stability

Providing advice so people can find and keep safe, suitable homes

Financial security

Working with people to increase their income and meet essential needs

Learning and development

Supporting people to build skills, confidence and create opportunities

Community inclusion

Helping people secure rights and take part in everyday life

I’ll be honest with you, my whole life, this is the first place I’ve ever felt safe. Because it is a safe environment you start to heal better. You can start to move on with your life, build your life slowly.
